Meet Sarah McKechnie

Joining our Senior Finance Team, Sarah brings with her over 25 years of recruitment experience. She has an impressive background, having worked as a business director in a large recruitment business and having recruited for all levels of finance roles, including niche areas like tax. Sarah’s career has spanned both established teams and boutique agency setups, showcasing her ability to adapt, lead, and deliver in different environments.

What Sarah Brings to Signet:

• A wealth of experience in senior finance recruitment, ensuring clients find candidates who are the perfect fit for their roles.
• A deep understanding of the finance market, from entry-level to specialist roles.
• A commitment to building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, focusing on matching the right people with the right opportunities.

Outside of work, Sarah is a keen runner and recently completed the Royal Parks Half Marathon. She also enjoys soaking up the sun in Spain and indulging in Spanish wine—a well-deserved treat after her busy days!

Sarah will be working across Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire, driving the permanent finance business forward. We’re excited to see the impact she’ll have on the team and the value she’ll bring to our clients and candidates.

Meet Monique Davis

Joining us as part of the Legal and Finance Team, Monique brings over 14 years of recruitment experience from a Senior Business Manager role at a large recruitment business. Her background in law and her career in recruitment has seen her establish and lead a successful Legal recruitment specialism in the Thames Valley—a journey she describes as incredibly rewarding.

In addition to her expertise in legal recruitment, Monique has managed teams across finance, procurement, and professional services. This diverse experience allows her to adapt to different industries and understand the unique needs of clients and candidates across sectors.

What Monique Brings to Signet:

• Specialist knowledge in Legal recruitment, paired with a strong background in finance, procurement, and professional services.
• Proven leadership skills, having successfully established and grown recruitment teams and functions.
• A people-focused approach to recruitment, driven by her passion for creating lasting, positive outcomes for those she works with.

When she’s not busy delivering exceptional results for her clients and candidates, Monique can often be found experimenting in the kitchen, exploring National Trust sites, or going on adventures with her family.

Monique will be helping Sarah manage our Finance Team while continuing to recruit within the Legal sector. We can’t wait to see the success she’ll bring heading up this new discipline for Signet.
