What Personal Data We Collect and How We Use It

For new employees or candidates, we ask for referees’ name, job title, email address, employer’s name, and employer’s address. Data is stored in our CRM or HR systems. Received references are stored with the employee or candidate record. We do not process Special Category data for referees.

Processing is carried out under our legitimate interests. You may object—please contact us with concerns.

Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making.

Retention

We hold your data for two years from the day our new employee or candidate (the person you provided the reference for) starts. Thereafter, records are deleted.
