What Personal Data We Collect and How We Use It

For candidates, we collect the contact’s name and contact numbers. For employees, we collect the contact’s name, contact numbers, and relationship to the employee.

Information is stored digitally on our systems. For employees, data may also be added to our master spreadsheet and used only in an emergency.

We do not process Special Category data for emergency contacts.

Legal Basis

Processing is under our legitimate interests. You may object—please contact us if you have concerns.

Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making.

Sharing Your Data

We do not share your data with third parties other than a public body in an emergency (e.g., hospital or police staff).

International Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK.

Retention

We retain your data for the duration of the employee’s employment or the duration of the candidate’s current assignment. Afterwards, records are deleted.
