About Monique

I joined Signet Resources in 2024, wanting to be part of a highly experienced and talented team which values honesty, market expertise, strong professional relationships, and results! I am passionate about building long term relationships and providing a seamless service. I have experience of recruiting and placing legal professionals at all levels, from newly qualified team members up to General Counsel, across a wide range of sectors. I have a particular focus on first-time legal appointments into start-ups and VC-backed businesses. Most of my work focusses on the Thames Valley and the UK, but I have also worked with clients in the US and Europe. As part of a seamless service aimed at creating long-standing relationships, I advise clients on salary benchmarking and I work on both permanent and contract roles, on a contingent and retained basis.
