What do you do?
I’m the Managing Director for Signet’s Recruitment & Retention business. I help clients hire the right senior talent, permanent and interim by providing the market insight they need to make informed decisions. I also support candidates to find the right role by offering feedback on their CVs and up-to-date interview techniques.
What are you known for?
Delivering for clients, candidates, and our team so they can achieve their medium- and long-term objectives. I focus on building relationships that last, shaping hiring strategies that work, and ensuring every search is run with care and clarity. I also lead a team who are given the bandwidth to make decisions and work autonomously, with the support and trust to do their best work.
My commitment to excellent customer service, coupled with a deep understanding of recruitment, helps me deliver for both clients and candidates.

When I’m not being a parent, you’ll usually find me around sport — either watching or taking part. I enjoy getting to the gym and I’m a keen runner.
