We are recruiting.

We need someone to join our team who shares the values of our business and is passionate about working for a recruitment firm that wants to be seen to have a brand identity that is better than the industry reputation.

We are expanding, following a strong start to our financial year we have split our business into vertical markets and we need good people to come in and add value to both our existing client base and to take our name into new businesses.

We need one person but we are flexible on who they could be.  You may be experienced in recruitment or looking to join the sector; you may be a resourcer looking to graduate into a more client facing role or a consultant looking to work for a business that pride themselves on their integrity.

What are we like?

We are a thriving independent agency of twelve, we work well together and the office has a great feel to it. We have some top notch systems but you’ll be glad to know we still like to rely on an old fashioned pen and paper.  We are not as social as we would like to be but when we go out we have fun and make it count.  If you want to work in a bell ringing, aggressive, cold calling dominated sales office we can probably refer you on but if you want to work for a business that celebrates success naturally and refuses to make a ‘cold call’ then it could be time for us to talk.
