Sarah McKechnie

Sarah has recently joined the Signet team  as Business Director for Senior Permanent finance recruitment across Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire. She has over 20 years experience in this field and has always had a strong focus on building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

Her approach is consultative and deeply personal. Passionate about the finance sector, she has her “finger on the pulse” in these local markets and regularly shares  market trends, current insights, and industry shifts. She makes it a priority to share this knowledge with her network, both informally and through more formal events, offering informed advice and strategic guidance to help both candidates and clients navigate the evolving finance landscape.
