I have worked with Signet for over 9 years where I specialised within HR recruitment, I have placed several HR professionals across a variety of specialism and sectors. I have built a strong network of likeminded professionals.

I dedicate my time to support both clients and candidates to find the ideal solution looking beyond the job description. I work with my clients to ensure I fully understand the business culture, journey and ideals so I can match the best talent for their long term objectives. Working with candidates is a real passion of mine and often these become my clients, providing essential communication and honesty throughout a process is a key that has led to multiple successes.

I thrive working within the HR sector as I fully understand how invaluable HR can be to a business and the way it can drive forward organisational growth and retention.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my children and husband, I love being social and making lasting memories. I enjoy singing when I can and enjoy the occasional open mic night!

I am an experienced HR Recruitment specialist, with over 10 years’ experience of working across multiple industries, levels and specialisms. My focus is on delivering the best possible service to individuals- whether they are looking to make a move themselves or hire into their own teams.

It is important to me to act on a consultative basis with my clients, offering my market knowledge to make sure the best possible person joins the team. The value the right HR professional can add to a team and organisation is indispensable and I make it my mission to be great matchmaker.

Outside of work, competitive sport has shaped my life, playing golf to a high standard and in both the UK and for a US university, and I still play when I can! I have 2 little miniature dachshunds who keep me busy out on long walks in the lovely Bucks countryside.
