A world-renowned automotive brand are seeking a Collections and Recoveries Support Administrator to support the External Partner Section Manager and the team and department to achieve their set goals for the business.
Responsibilities
Banking and invoice management
Managing internal post process
Action daily letter requests from the department
Banking and invoice management
Manage department in-boxes through outlook
Take action on queries relating to outsourced accounts both internally and externally
Ensuring that office supplies are available, and that mail, emails and other documents are distributed.
Profile
You will be organised, understand and promote excellent customer service and have a good understanding of Microsoft office suite. Experience of preparing and analysing reports would be highly beneficial to the role. Ideally your experience will have come from the financial services industry where you would have worked with management. You should be able to demonstrate successful communication with internal and external customers at all levels via telephone and email.
