This rapidly growing automotive organisation are keen to recruit a Senior Finance Manager who can effectively manage a team. As the Senior Finance Manager you will support your team with daily activities, individual development and ensure that the function is running smoothly. Key responsibilities

Generate and analyse several financial reports sharing findings with senior stakeholders

Prepare annual statutory accounts and records ensuring they are all compliant and submitted within expected deadlines

Manage and coordinate the business budget plans

Review processes and procedures to ensure they are fit for business and implement changes where necessary

Manage, develop and inspire the finance team to support with business objectives and goals

Profile

You will be dynamic, resourceful and passionate about finance! The ideal candidate will a qualified accountant with demonstrable experience of successfully managing a team. The Senior Finance Manager will have the ability to work under pressure and within a demanding, fast paced environment. You must be prepared to challenge and be challenged!
