Data Protection Complaints

Signet Resources Ltd (Signet) and our parent company, Macildowie Associates Ltd, respect your personal data.

If you have any concerns about how Signet has handled your personal data, you have the right to make a complaint directly to us.

We take all data protection concerns seriously and will investigate them fairly, transparently and without undue delay.

How to make a complaint

We encourage you to submit data protection complaints in writing so that we can properly review and respond to your concerns.

You can contact us by:

    • Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
    • Post:
      Proxima
      1 Grenfell Road

If you raise a data protection complaint through another route, we will still ensure it is directed to the appropriate team for review.

You do not need to use legal terms or refer to data protection law. Simply explain your concern, and we will treat it as a data protection complaint where appropriate.

You can still make a complaint if you do not have all of this information.

What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 calendar days of receipt
  • We will investigate the concerns you have raised
  • We may contact you for further information if needed
  • We will keep you informed if the investigation is ongoing
  • We will provide you with a clear outcome explaining our findings and any action taken

If you are not satisfied with our response

If you are unhappy with our response, or with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO):

We would usually expect you to give us the opportunity to consider and respond to your complaint before contacting the ICO.
