We are recruiting for forward thinking, dynamic and progressive technology business who have a newly created position available for an innovative and driven Global Talent Manager with an exciting element of HR Business Partnering alongside. As the Global Talent Manager, you will be responsible for developing talent programmes and strategies whilst driving implementation across a Global scale.
Support with the design and implementation of strategies such as talent development, succession planning and performance management.
Coach and guide senior stakeholders so that implementation of strategies is communicated and aligned across the business.
Analyse and review data to evidence your recommendations and support with influencing leaders.
Conduct a true Business Partner position to support with the employee lifecycle across a global scale.
Take the lead on HR issues, supporting operationally and strategically to reach a defined conclusion using business guidelines and policies to assist you.
You will thrive on making positive changes and supporting with transformations across an international scale, this will be evident from your previous experience of supporting at a global level. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures with the gravitas to provide excellent examples of managing and developing the talent function as a whole.
