Are you an energetic, talented professional Executive Assistant who is seeking a fantastic new opportunity with a leading Pharmaceutical organisation based in Marlow?
Are you highly organised with the ability to coordinate projects alongside the business heads of department and work to deadlines?
You will support four key heads across Legal, Finance, Risk and Quality, responsible for providing professional and effective document and system management whilst managing conflicting diaries and assuring pride and accuracy in your work is primary.

This role will suit an ambitious proactive individual who holds excellent project management skills but is eager to grow in their field and take on additional responsibility within the business and from the standard EA duties. Experience of working within a Pharmaceutical company would be advantageous but not essential by any means. Exposure to Risk, Legal, Quality or Finance would help. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to influence and negotiate to a high standard. An understanding of compliance regulations and process improvement as well as desire and energy to learn are important here.
