We are exclusively working for a Global Bioscience organisation who are seeking a meticulous, driven and exceptionally well organised Customer Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for detail and delivery. As the Customer Operations Coordinator you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders daily, ensuring orders, logistics and systems are updated and precise.
Setting up and maintaining a well-functioning dataroom by utilising/gathering all information available and sourced by you
Maintaining audit processes and procedures
Taking and placing complex sales orders ensuring that a stringent process is followed, and all information is accurate, POs are correct, and shipping has been arranged
Building strong and lasting relationships internally and externally
You will be detail orientated, exceptionally well organised and demonstrate superb written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive and driven to seek/research answers and find solutions. Applicants must be willing to hit the ground running and have the confidence in their ability.
