I imagine for most of you, you have suddenly been thrust into a new way of working, which is all virtual, and online.
For some, it is a natural way of working – for others, it can be isolating, challenging, and had to find your focus.
Distractions in the home are a plenty, especially if like me, you are trying to work around children and animals (the two things they said never to mix.)
I would like to offer some help, for many years I have trained my team on Focus Management, which we have recently adapted to work with the restrictions of Covid 19.
