Cultural Intelligence Training

Globalisation is here to stay. This seminar will identify ways to understand cultural mindsets in global markets and ensure you get it right first time!

Businesses working across cultures are especially prone to misunderstandings, lost opportunities and even hostility between teams, suppliers, customers and the market.

Cultural intelligence training is learning how to interact with people from other countries and the “different rules” at play, it equips people and their teams with the knowledge and tools to be successful when working across borders. This taster session gives an insight to understanding cultural mind sets in global markets and will help to enable leaders and their teams to get it right first time!
