We recruit for high quality roles at leading employers and we’re trusted by our clients to identify and propose the best candidates, which makes us the ideal choice for ambitious professionals looking for a recruitment partner to help move their careers forward.
We place a high value on good communication throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final placement. We undertake to share client feedback promptly and constructively, and we won’t leave you in the dark.
We operate a three-stage process:
- Telephone interview. Our first opportunity to understand who you are and what you’re looking for, and your chance to find out more about the job you’ve applied for.
- Competency interview. Held at our office in Maidenhead, this interview will be tailored according to the requirements of the role in question. A further opportunity for us to get to know you.
- Client interview. We will prepare you in advance, including tips on interview technique.
