Signet was started in 2003. We have successfully placed more than 2,000 candidates in new careers, many of whom have gone on to become Signet clients too.

Every candidate we propose has been through a comprehensive three-stage behavioural and competency interview process. This helps eliminate potentially-costly mistakes and contributes to a very high client and candidate satisfaction rate: over 97.5% of our placements successfully complete probation in their new role and many go on to become leaders in their new companies.
